Fantastic office in prime location - sublet partial space 8-12 workstations

The office is located in a former chocolate factory at the beginning of the 20th century, on the border between Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. Ester Bruzkus Architekten transformed the industrial loft with its historic capped ceilings into one of Berlin's most beautiful offices with a few targeted interventions.

The reception area is characterized by a living room installation, which was exhibited in the Kronprinzenpalais as part of New Perspectives in 2023 and is now used for meetings.

Behind it, the factory floor opens up on two sides with floor-to-ceiling windows. Two set boxes structure the space: one white box contains individual offices and a meeting room. The black box opposite houses the sanitary facilities and the server room. The black box also forms the backdrop for the spacious office kitchen.

We are renting out half of our fantastic office. The space for rent includes 2 separate, lockable offices for a maximum of 12 people. The entrance area, meeting room, kitchen and sanitary facilities can be used as communal areas.

We are architects with a team of approx. 6 - 10 people and work in a quiet and friendly atmosphere.

The minimum rental period is 6 months. Shorter rental periods by arrangement. The price may then vary.

The office is located in Prenzlauer Berg in the immediate vicinity of Kastanienallee, Arkonaplatz and Mauerpark. Kastanienallee with its many cafes and restaurants is within walking distance. There is a large supermarket opposite.
